Team Ironwood

Logan 

Logan is a mechanical engineer with a BS and Masters from University of Missouri in mechanical engineering. He has worked for the United States Navy as an engineer on several ballistics projects and has an extensive background in machining high tolerance components. Growing up on a farm, Logan has a great appreciation for the outdoors and still spends much of his time outside, kayaking or paddle boarding local rivers, or sailing in the Chesapeake. 

Lance 

Lance is a serial entrepreneur and custom knife maker. Educated in finance at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, Lance has successfully started and run several successful companies including Gator Forge Custom Knives, Monte Cristo Consulting, and the precursor to Ironwood Outfitters.  Lance has a strong background in sales and marketing working for a diverse range of industries including media, athletic, and firearms. Lance splits his free time between hiking, kayaking, and hunting. Lance is also a member of the Fredericksburg Area Woodworkers Guild.
