Designed as a working knife, the Conch is the middle knife in its family, and was purpose built with fishing and water sports in mind. The blade has a centered tip for powerful piecing ability, while maintaining enough belly to be an excellent slicer. The handle is curved down to provide an ergonomic angle for cutting to reduce risk fatigue when used for extended periods.

The Key Lime was based on, you guessed it, Key Lime Pie! One of the few deserts I will actually eat and a Florida staple. The Liner and Westinghouse are meant to mimic the crust, the paper micarta mimics the vibrant green of the key lime, and the white to mimic the dollops of cream.
